Amanda is one of our Legal Assistants at the Licata Bankruptcy Firm. She joined our staff in May of 2019. Amanda spends her days assisting our clients with questions regarding their case as well as ensuring creditors have the information they need to stop pending collections after our clients file for bankruptcy in Springfield Missouri.
Amanda works tirelessly to stop garnishments and stop pending lawsuits that have been filed against our clients. Much of Amanda’s work at the firm is done behind the scenes, but due to her extensive experience in client relations, our clients can occasionally find her filling in at the reception area and assisting with phone calls as needed.
Amanda was raised in Republic, MO where she graduated from Republic High School. Although she has close ties to the Ozarks, she has also lived in the states of Oregon, Wisconsin, and Alabama.
Her educational background includes her degree from Moraine Technical College in Fond Du Lac, WI. Amanda’s education and employment experience include client support in the medical field as well as 5 years of experience in finance. Here at the Licata Bankruptcy Firm, we find her knowledge of financial institutions as well as her extensive experience in client relationships to be a very welcomed asset to our Firm.
Amanda very much enjoys spending time with her family including her husband and three beautiful daughters. Amanda’s daughters are very athletic and keep her busy with basketball, volleyball, and track. You might be surprised to learn that Amanda is passionate about spending time on her motorcycle. Her time on 2 wheels is how she enjoys the various views the area has to offer.
Even though her journey through life has led Amanda back to her home state of Missouri, she does enjoy traveling and seeing what this wonderful world has to offer. Her favorite place that she has visited to date is Seattle, WA.
